Reversing Type 2 Diabetes – an inspirational story

This week I’m taking a break from my current series to recommend a book to you.

Last week I attended and spoke at the NLP Conference in London. One of the things I spoke about was helping clients with low self-esteem. If any of you would like a pdf of the handout email at melody@gwiznlp.com and I’ll send it to you.

I also ran a session with my husband, Joe Cheal on our new book “The Model Presenter”. At this session I met a lot of lovely people, one of whom shared with me a little of his inspirational personal story.

Barry Landsberg experienced a major health crisis due in an unhealthy lifestyle and his obsession with food. Obession is his word. As a result he discovered that he had type 2 diabetes.

He has completely reversed this diagnosis and is now healthy and vibrant. He shares his story in his book “Becoming an Ex-diabetic”. It is very engaging and inspriational. At the same time it offers important information and advice for people in a similar position.

Here is a link so you can check it out for yourself
